- 1241HI Heather, No we are not the same school as UCI. Concordia is a small private school.University of California Irvine is a pubic state university. - 1241HI Lindi, we don't have a specific art history major but we do have an art major and history major so you could even combine them. If you want to apply, you can apply at www.cui.edu for free until January 1st.
