currently i am in california, but my family is moving to canada within this year, making me an immigrant... so would i be able receive financial aids?

I was learning in South Carolina for 9th, 11th, and 12th grade, but was in Canada (Ontario) for the 10th grade. I'd like information on how to apply, given my status?

The University of British Columbia, founded in 1915, is a public institution. Programs are offered through 12 faculties and nine schools. Its 1,000-acre campus is located in Vancouver. Most campus buildings have been constructed since 1945.
