Brevard College is a liberal arts college, located in Brevard, North Carolina, associated with the United Methodist Church and committed to educating students in a manner that causes them to grow through an array of academic, cultural, and social experiences.

Academics at Brevard are taught through a combination of traditional classroom learning and immersion techniques with the goal of students understanding that the world is indeed interconnected: a network wherein ideas and subjects are joined and learning techniques are embraced. Brevard offers 40 majors and minors, including unique study programs in ecology and wilderness leadership/experiential education.

Athletics and extracurricular activities supplement college life at Brevard, teaching life skills and helping students develop interpersonal relationships as an important part of their development during their educational experience.
