I do not know the best way to describe myself with such limited space. I always spend a lot of time debating whether I should talk about my outgoing personality, my high GPA and grades, or about all of the activities I am involved in. I feel that everyone who creates one of these accounts will have all of the same bragging rights so I would like to introduce my real self. I am girl who does normal teenage things. I enjoy music, dancing, and movies. Amongst my guilty pleasures, Harry Potter comes first. I do not know if this is the right 20 seconds of me, but this is what I would like to share
Extracurricular
- Varsity Softball Team
- I received my varsity letter for playing softball.
- Varsity tennis team
- I received th coach's award for my participation and diligence on the tennis team.

- I served as the president of my tenth grade class and received the citizenship award for my perseverance and commitment.
- Orchestra
- I play the violin in my own spare time because my school does not have an orchestra yet, and i cannot afford a private instructor.
- Drew Charter School- Tutor
- I tutored elementary aged students in math and reading subjects for about 300 hours during the school year and the summer.

- I served meals to people to earn money for the less fortunate.

- I volunteered with this program and completed many miscellaneous tasks including visiting a retirement home and an elementary school in a less fortunate neighborhood.

- As of now, I am the treasurer for the student government at my high school. So far this school year, I have submitted proposals to get funding for activities and organized budgeted events for the senior class.

- Currently, I serve as the vice president of my school's very first key club. We are working on completing two more service projects before the year is over and continuing a relationship with some of the community children we mentor.

- I am participating on the debate team for the first time and learning the skills required to debate.
- Nation Honor Society
- As a member of the National Honor Society, I am working to further our participation in the community around our school by preparing mentor ship opportunities with the feeder middle schools for my high school.

- I currently serve as one of the editors of my school newspaper. I contribute my own spotlight article to the newspaper and adjust the papers submitted articles so that they make sense and are ready to become published.
- Text Editor
- I serve as one of the text editors for the yearbook committee at my school. I edit the text portions of the yearbook and make sure there are no grammatical or mechanical errors withing captions or statements.

- National Society of Black Engineers was a program for me to develop my interest in the science field even though I am not majoring in a science course. As the chief of communications, I was responsible for alerting people of when meetings were going to be
