Hey!
2 months ago today, tornadoes ravaged many Alabama cities including mine, and 2 months later, we are still healing.
I live in Cordova, Alabama, and I am VERY VERY blessed to have a house. God definitely had his hand on my family and home as death and tragedy encompassed my tiny town.
Literally every structure around my house was destroyed. People couldn't believe what "minimal" damage we had. It was actually quite significant. You are considered "well off" to have a house that is livable, though.
I entered Zinch's "More Than A Test Score" Photo Contest with a picture that I took 1 week after this tragedy.
It was taken across the street from my house.
