- Belmont celebrated the graduation of a total of 1018 students, marking the largest graduation in the University's history to date. During the graduation ceremonies, 723 undergraduate, 211 master's and 84 doctoral degrees were conferred. - beBELMONT: Damon Hininger, Massey Alum and President and CEO of CCA Damon is not only President and CEO of Corrections Corporation of America, he is also active in the community, currently serving as a member of the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville Board of Trustees and Board of Directors for Middle Tennessee Boy Scouts.Another priority Damon has is to serve his church. He and his wife have been members of First Presbyterian for nearly 10 years, and they both teach Sunday School to five and six year olds. Hininger also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Massey School of Business, Belmont University. In 2011, Hininger was named by Forbes as one of the Top 20 Most Powerful CEOs 40 and Under.
