MSU CC also recorded a song for a children's book and sang at the Michigan historical museum during my time there.

- Student Teacher
- Middle School French Club 2011 to Now
- During guided studies (2:30pm-3:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), I co-teach a beginning-level French elective class for 8th grade students. My three French III classmates and I take turns presenting lessons. We are also supervised/directed by the foreign language teacher at our school, Mr. Nesbitt. The program has existed before for Spanish students, but 2011-2012 is the first school year that it has been offered to French students as well. The course teaches students how to correctly use the 60 most common verbs and basic French phrases. The emphasis of the class is on learning is on the verbal (as opposed to the written) language. If the students pass the class with a satisfactory grade and mastery of the material, they are permitted to enter high school language courses at a second-year level. So far, our class size has been small (under ten students), but has nonetheless been doing well.
