I'm pretty down-to-earth. I'm easy to get along with and I love meeting new people. I'm a very motivated and driven person and I love to give my all, no matter what. My goals keep me up, as well as my family and friends. I'm very active and bright, and I love staying in shape via tennis.
Extracurricular
- varsity tennis
- I've been playing tennis since I was 6 years old, and upon entering high school, I have had the chance to be on the varsity team. I love my team and our drive. We're one of a kind.
- Girls State
- I am the alternate for Girls State this year. It's exciting to be able to possibly represent my school.
- Spanish Honors Society
- To be in the Spanish Honors Society one must be in at least Spanish 3. It's a fun way to brush up on the language with friends.
- Member in Key Club

- Interact Club Officer
- I have been in Interact for 2 school years, and I plan on continuing through out my high school, and possibly college career as well. We are a community service club dedicated to helping out our community.
- California Scholarship Federation
- This club is dedicated to tutoring other students in science and math, and we do so during lunch. I am currently the treasurer.
- Science Smart Member
- Science Smart members go to pre-schools in lower-income neighborhoods to advocate the excitement and importance of Science.
- Speech and Debate
- Debate and speech club. I get nervous speaking, but practice makes perfect. :)
- Volunteer with Parks and Recreation
- I have been volunteering with the tennis program with Parks and Recreation since I have been in the 7th grade. It caters towards lower income families, but anyone can do it.

- Interact is a community service club and we are a very dedicated group of students.

- Since last year I began volunteering at the downtown public library since so many of their workers had to be released.
- Volunteer with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
- Help out at walks, participate in walks and activities.
- Attended the National Student Leadership Conference on Medicine and Healthcare at UCBerkley
- I was invited to the NSLC on medicine and healthcare at UCBerkely. We delegates had seminars, visited research facilities, got face-to-face information from doctors, researchers, and aspiring doctors. It was really a fantastic experience
- I am the 2008 HOBY Ambassador
- HOBY (Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Award) is a 3-day camp where you practice and learn valuable leadership skills. I was the representative from my high school.
- Intern at a Law Firm
- Summer internship every summer since 2006 at a Law firm.
- Tennis Team
- My doubles partner and I have been Co-captains since 2007. We help pump up the team, and the team members count on us.

- I'm a junior alumni counselor for this upcoming HOBY conference in Souther California
