    2 Questions: For the First Year Study Abroad Experience, if I need to sign up for a lot of financial aid can I still be considered to go to either England or Scotland? Also, would Arcadia University pay for the plane ticket to arrive in the country or does that money have to come out of my own pocket? I'm sorry my questions were so long, thank you for responding though!

      Arcadia University Admissions
      Hi Erika, All eligible admitted students are invited to apply for the First Year Study Abroad Experience, regaredless of their financial need. Students who participate in FYSAE are able to receive their Arcadia merit scholarships as well as need-based financial aid (with the exception of campus work study) when they study abroad in London or Stirling, Scotland. In addition, Arcadia covers the cost of roundtrip airfare from Glenside, PA for FYSAE students.     If we are not planning to major or minor in music but still want to play music at the university, do we need to submit the art supplement on the common application? Are there days to audition?

      Hi Caressa, Arcadia University is Rolling Admissions, which means we will review for Admissions as soon as all of your application materials are received. We recommed that for consideration for the highest level of scholarships, that you have all of your materials into us by January 15th. Our faculty members in the Acting Department prefer that all auditions be conducted face-to-face. We do have 4 open houses during the fall in which an audition can take place.

      Hi Irene, All student that are offered admission to Arcadia are reviewed for our Merit Based Scholarships. We take into consideration all application materials (Transcript, SAT / ACT, Letters of Recommendation, Essay, and Resume) when we review for our Scholarships.
