Admissions Counselor at SDSMT
Hello! My name is Angela and I grew up in a suburb 20 minutes north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin called Cedarburg. As a result, I love the Packers, Brewers and cheese. I also enjoy softball, basketball, hiking and camping.
While in Wisconsin, I received my Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Masters in Student Personnel Administration before taking a job as an Admissions Counselor with the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (SDSMT). SDSMT is located in the beautiful Black Hills of Rapid City, South Dakota.
I am pleased to work for a premier engineering and science university. It has roughly 2,300 students, a 13:1 ratio of students to professor and an average class size of 20. SDSMT has a 97% placement rating and average starting salary of $60,000.
