Follow messageI am a vegetarian, bow-wearing, clarinet-playing twin. After lettering in math team & marching band, I got a retro letter sweater instead of a leather jacket since I am opposed to leather & adore 50s garb. This is just one case where I diverged from the norm.
I am the salutatorian at the Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology. My senior year I took 3 math classes & was elected Mu Alpha Theta president! I am also both an AP Scholar with Honor & a National Merit Commended Student. I plan to continue to overachieve at Agnes Scott College.

- Several churches traveled to Walpole Island to help a Native American reservation by repairing homes. With 5 other people I built a back porch for a disabled woman.
- Walked dogs at animal shelter
- At Guardian Angels Humane Society I took shelter dogs for walks to prepare them for adoption. I also groomed and played with shelter cats that needed attention.
- Mission trip to Savannah, GA
- With 5 others, I painted a house and trim for a woman who couldn't afford to hire people to paint it. When we finished early we helped another group finish painting a house. The trip lasted eight days

- As the intern to the Research I teacher at the Magnet School for Science and Technology, I printed MSDS sheets for inventoried chemicals, set-up labs, prepared safety quizzes, and straightened lab area
