I hope I'm not much more than Salt and Light.
Who Am I? I am many things. I am my heritage and culture. I am my interests and talents. I am my beliefs and values. I am the difference i make in this world.

Who am I? I am my heritage and culture. My mother and father come from two different backgrounds. My mother is a descendant from Europe, while my father is Mexican. Together with myself and my siblings we are one happy family.

Who am I? I am my interests and talents. To get straight to it, one of my greatest passions is music. I cannot go one day without it! I play guitar, piano, and flute. However, I am partial to my guitar. I spend most of my time practicing, tuning and strumming out new songs on my guitar. I even play in a worship group at my church occasionally. Besides music, I also enjoy writing short stories for my own pleasure. I also play on sports teams at my school. Soccer, Volleyball, and Softball take up most of my after-school time, as well as coaching younger children in a sports program called Kare Youth League. When I'm not playing music, writing, playing sports or coaching, I can be found working with the Rose Parade Student Ambassadors Program for the 2012 Rose Parade.

Who am I? I am my beliefs and values. I believe that God created the heavens and the earth, that he is the maker of you and I. I believe that all men and woman are equal, and no one is better than anyone else. We all have our strengths and weaknesses; everyone is different. I always put God first, not friends, not family, not even music. God is the center of my heart, and I will choose to follow him all of my days. He will never forsake me; when I need Him he is there for me. I respect my parents and my authorities. I try to do the right thing as much as possible, even when it's not the most popular thing to do.

Who am I? I am the difference I make in this world. I am a sixteen year old girl who lives in a small town in California. Do I make a difference? I go to church, go to school, coach my kids, play my guitar, do my homework, and try to make the best of my life. Do I make a difference? Everyone makes a difference in someone else's life, whether they know it or not. Do I make a difference? Do you?
