Hi, I'm also currently a senior and I was curious to know whether or not there are any additinal scholarships that prospective students can apply to. Would you also happen to have information about Nursing, as well as any additional programs that one can apply to? Thank you --Ayana Britt

Hi Ayana! Our scholarships are based on a combination of academic achievement seen through your high school GPA and scores on either the ACT or SAT. There is no separate application - just by applying, students are considered for these awards. This link will show you all of our programs: http://academics.adelphi.edu/ugprograms.php For nursing specific information, check out this link: http://academics.adelphi.edu/nursing-undergrad.php Let me know if you have any questions!

Hello, I'm a highschool Senior at the academy of arts and academics in Springfield, Oregon. I am not going to be able to graduate this year, due to a lack of credits, but I will be finishing up my credits next year and most likely attending Lane Community College to lock up some College Credits. When I left my previous school as a junior I had a 1.6 GPA, but ever since I came to A3, I've had excellent grades and plan to continue to have excellent grades throughout my remaining time here. I have yet to take the SATs or ACTs until I finish my credits. I was wondering if you could tell me what I might need to do in order to attend your college in the fall a few years from now, or even what my chances are of getting accepted. Thankyou. --Emily Ocean

Hi Emily! Thanks for reaching out to me... Being that you would be attending a local community college, we would no longer classify you as a freshman but rather as a transfer student. We have different criteria set aside for transfer students based on the work you complete at the college level. I would encourage you to check out some of our transfer information by following this link: http://admissions.adelphi.edu/transfer/ If you have any questions or want to chat a bit further about your situation, feel free to call me or email me: 516.877.3021 or kcollins@adelphi.edu. Best of luck to you!
