About me: I am a cancer survivor. It has changed my life more than words can describe. I enjoy everything I take part in twenty times more than I ever did before, and my experience has caused me to become more dedicated to what I like to do. I have a different perspective now. I want to become a pediatric oncology nurse so that I can use my experience to help other families and children affected by this disease. I try to keep my life balanced and exciting. I'm a pretty laid-back, go with the flow kind of person, but I still have fun! This scholarship will help me help others in my future. VOTE J

Activities: helping raise awareness for childhood cancer research, volunteering, photography, acting, dancing, drawing, cheerleading, WATCHING MOVIES, traveling, singing (well, in the shower...), the list goes on and on!

About me: I was born in LA and my parents divorced when I was 2. When I was five we moved to NM to try and start a new life. I started to excel at a young age. I have always been very young compared to my peers because I have an early birthday and I skipped first grade. I believe this has forced me to mature beyond my years. I never found school challenging until I moved back to LA. I moved back because of an excellent school, but left later because of many hardships. I have endured many things in my life. This scholarship is a wonderful opportunity and would help me reach my dream of film school.

Activities: filmmaking/ singing/ playing guitar/ dancing anywhere and EVERYWHERE/ spending time with my family/ doing live shows online in which I do crazy things in order to raise money for charity/ editing/ writing/recording music/ traveling

How would I move Mount Fuji: I would make a video about it. Eventually, it would move. The YouTube community is very underrated.
