More Info about this Scholarship

With the economy being at a low and college tuition rising every year, it becomes difficult to find the money to pay for college textbooks. Fortunately, Chegg.com will be giving away a textbook scholarship.

Chegg.com is a textbook rental company that has saved students over $80 million dollars to date. Since 2005 students on over 6,400 campuses have been saving over $500 a year by renting their textbooks. Not only does Chegg.com save students on their textbooks, we also help the environment by planting a tree every time you rent, buy, or sell a book. To date, Chegg has planted over 1,400 city blocks worth of trees -- that’s 2,336 football fields! With Chegg, you save money on your textbooks and help the environment at the same time.

After a four year hiatus from college on a journey of self-discovery, I'm returning to finish my last 35 hours to a bachelor's degree in psychology. Considering the fact that books cost more than I pay for rent, financial assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I am a mother of four. I have put my children through high school and college by myself and this scholarship would greatly assist me in achieving my educational goals. I have been laid off from several jobs and with the job market being at such a low, I have decided to go back to school.

I am a disabled mother of three that is recovering from lung cancer surgery. Because of my disabilities, getting a job is basically out of the question. Once I graduate, I know I can make a difference in the world and get people off the streets that are using our children for their own pleasure.
